We are renting out a two-room apartment on the 3rd floor of a building on Makančeva Street. The apartment consists of a living room, a kitchen with a balcony, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a hallway. The heating is central gas. The apartment is furnished and fully equipped. The minimum rental period is one year. Upon renting, one month's rent is paid along with a deposit equal to 2 months' rent (€1,600). The rent for students with a one-year contract is €800/month plus utilities and maintenance fees.
